The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Marshmallow room was lots of fun for me and my daughter. So many little extras that we enjoyed. Breakfast was great, tasty and beautiful view. And offcourse thé location!

Most helpfull staff Great location and views. The style and design of the place are great. Wonderful bar upstairs and ease for reservations. The elevator system is now perfect with non hotel guest mostly using seperate lift. The room is quiet, even though it is in the center of the city.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Duomo and with a metro station right outside. Easy to navigate to the main tourist areas with lots of restaurants around

Amazing experience- the hotel really paid attention to details and did it right. We stayed in a marshmallow suite and were literally tickled pink. The view was fab, the details whimsical and beautiful, and even the bad SO comfortable. The staff was kind and attentive. And this is the best location in Milan. Def will recommend

The location of hotel is absolutely perfect. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, I was worried that it may be overkill but atleast in the chocolate themed rooms it was very minimalistic and had the luxury touch of Milano. The staff was all incredibly kind and all ways willing to assist. When compared to other hotels prices in Milan this hotel could honestly be considered cheap for all that you get. Incredible stay. I will definitely return to this hotel.

We loved this hotel! Location was exceptional, right across from Duomo, we even had a view of the Duomo from our room which was exceptional. The staff were very lovely and helpful, always replying to whatever we needed via WhatsApp. The free treats and minibar were such a sweet addition. Visiting the rooftop for a meal or drink is a must, it is a great vibe and good views of Duomo. The room was beautiful, although a bit small, it was clean with comfy beds, good windows, views, adequate space for two suitcases. The bathroom was great, clean and modern, and loved the Dyson hairdryer. Even the floor lobby areas were great and styled super cute. Loved the scented candles throughout the building too.

We stayed for four nights. Cannot think any bad thing about OD Sweet Duomo Milano. Excellent services from all the staff since our arrival to our departure. Very attentive, accommodating to our needs. One particular lady, forgot to ask her name, but I think she's the Manager on Duty, and always ensuring we have a pleasant stay and fulfilling our request and information. The room itself is very unique. It has a spesific interior and lightning design. Soothing, relaxing and romantic in certain way. Complimentary snacks & minibar, refill everyday.. The premises has a lively roof top bar and dining restaurant. Location must be the most attractive of them all. "Next door" to Duomo, Metro station, the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele II shopping and more..

It is close the the Duomo very central and close to the metro station. The staff were really good, very good customer service. We liked everything although when advertising the rooms you didn’t actually get a full view of the Duomo it is restricted you only see the corner of the Duomo in the photo it showed a full view which you didn’t get. The roof at also we thought you’d get a full view of the Duomo but again it is very restricted just the corner due to other buildings etc so the info is misleading.
