The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Marshmallow room was lots of fun for me and my daughter. So many little extras that we enjoyed. Breakfast was great, tasty and beautiful view. And offcourse thé location!

Most helpfull staff Great location and views. The style and design of the place are great. Wonderful bar upstairs and ease for reservations. The elevator system is now perfect with non hotel guest mostly using seperate lift. The room is quiet, even though it is in the center of the city.

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Milan! We stayed at ODSweet Duomo Milano Hotel during our honeymoon, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is immaculately clean, with a high level of attention to detail that truly impressed us. The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, making us feel welcomed and cared for from the moment we arrived. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special you truly made our honeymoon unforgettable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Duomo square, with everything Milan has to offer just steps away. The rooftop terrace overlooking the square is simply stunning and offers breathtaking views. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Milan, we will absolutely stay at the same hotel again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience

The venue had all possible pros, but the one that came totally forward was the staff. We cannot praise them enough. Not only they provided all possible swift assistance before our arrival but also assisted throughout the stay being extremely kind and helpful. Coming back to facilities: AC worked perfectly fine, bed was super comfy, no issues with pillows or any other amenities in the room. Smeg was upgrading the vibe to another level. The full room design was jawdropping. Cosmetics/toiletrics provided were so awesome we struggled not to take them back home. Rooftop was amazing and the location breathtaking.

Location, location & location ! Super cute place. Duomo and other attractions were only 4-5 mins walk away. Staff was extremely sweet and helpful beyond imagination. They went over and beyond to make sure our stay was convenient. I highly recommend this place, the dyson hair dryer and the ambient lighting was a really cool feature.
